While we do quality test our packaging, breakage or defects can still occur.
Please contact us at service@poemsfromthelab.com with a photo documenting the issue if any of the following occurs:
- Cracks at the tip of the dispenser nozzle or at the base of the dispenser nozzle.
- The cap or dispenser nozzle is damaged or broken.
- Formula leaks out of the back of the tube when dispensing.
- Formula leaks out anywhere else besides the tip of the dispensing nozzle.
We recommend discontinuing use of the formula from a damaged or defective tube.
