We recommend sliding 'The Beam' tube squeezer over the dispenser only when the formula becomes difficult to dispense and the tube is flatter. Placing the tube squeezer onto a fuller dispenser tube can cause the tube squeezer to crack or break in half.
Please contact our customer service and we can assist with a replacement of 'The Beam' tube squeezer if yours has broken.
