The serum is oxidizing, it is turning yellow and orange

It is normal for some of the dispensed serum that has collected in the cap to oxidize, turning yellow and orange. The serum inside the nozzle of the dispenser can also oxidize and turn yellow or orange as it is no longer protected by the dispenser. Both the cap and the nozzle of the dispenser can be rinsed to remove the oxidized formula.

If the serum inside the dispensing tube has oxidized and is yellow or orange, and it is still within 8 months of opening, and has been stored between 20°C to 25°C - it is likely an issue with the dispenser. Please contact our customer service so we can be of assistance.
