When will my order be shipped?
Our formulas are produced in small batches on a weekly schedule. Your order will be fulfilled about a week after it has been placed with us. After fulfillment, shipping times are between 5-10 days within Canada and the United States. We appreciate your patience. -
How can I find my order's tracking information?
If your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you can use the order confirmation email to view the tracking information. May I ship my order to a forwarding service?
Yes, we will deliver your order to a parcel forwarding company, however we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. What services do you use for shipping?
We currently ship packages to the US, Canada, and Hong Kong with Chit Chats. Shipment destinations near the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) network are shipped with Good Foot courier service which provides meaningful employment for the neuro-diverse community. -
My payment was declined, but I am seeing a charge on my account
Banks and credit cards often show charges (as temporary holds) immediately, even for failed payments. These will usually reverse within 3-5 days. If the charge persists, it is best to contact your bank or credit card provider.
