If your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you can use the order confirmation email to view the tracking information.
If you no longer have access to the confirmation email, you can view the order information by providing your email or phone number you used to place your order.

Occasionally, you might have received a shipment notification but no tracking number. This is usually because the shipping carrier has not updated the tracking number yet, it should appear in a few days.
We also occasionally use local couriers for local same-day or next-day deliveries. These services do not provide tracking numbers.
